On Site Development

Amstor carries out On-Site Software operations in two operating models.

T&M

In this operating model, Amstor’s consultants execute the project at the client’s location. we charge the client/consultant at a man hour rate for each engineer deputed. In this case, the project is managed by either our consultant or by Clients employees. The project management is responsible for meeting the delivery schedule.

Turn Key

Under this operating model, Amstor will estimate the project cost and will charge a flat rate for the pre-defined project activities. The project cost will be estimated based on the total hours required to complete the project.

Our Project Management Team will manage the project and is fully responsible for meeting the delivery schedule, which is mutually agreed by the client and us.

Off Shore Development

Off-Shore Software operations is carried out in two distinct operating models.

T&M

Under this operating model, Amstor’s work force executes the project at the primary development facility in Technopark. The project cost will be estimated on Man rate basis on the total hours required to complete the project.

In this case, the project is managed by either Amstor’s team or by Clients employees. The project management is responsible for meeting the delivery schedule.

Turn Key

Under this operating model, Amstor will estimate the project cost and will charge a flat rate for the pre-defined project activities. The project cost will be estimated based on the total person hours required to complete the project.

Our Project Management team will manage the project and is fully responsible for meeting the delivery schedule, which is mutually agreed by the client and us.
